Co-living is a contemporary housing solution where residents rent private rooms within shared homes while enjoying access to communal spaces such as kitchens, living areas, and, in some cases, coworking spaces. Designed for affordability, convenience, and community, it has become a popular choice for professionals, students, remote workers, and digital nomads. 


Yes! We partner with a diverse range of organizations, including insurance providers, healthcare agencies, corporate employers, government employees, consulting firms, travel programs, construction companies, intern programs, sports leagues, staffing agencies, technology companies, entertainment and film production organizations, and more!  Our properties range from co-living spaces to 1–3-bedroom apartments and townhomes.  


At Nu Stays, your rent includes fully furnished homes, utilities, Wi-Fi, maintenance, and monthly cleanings. Parking availability and fees may vary by location, especially in major cities. Contact us to confirm availability before booking.


Our corporate spaces are fully furnished and ready to move in — complete with stylish décor and a dedicated workspace. You’re welcome to add any personal items, just remember to take them with you when you move out. Our co-living common areas are fully furnished. The bedrooms can be provided both furnished and unfurnished.


 It depends on your lifestyle, goals, and budget. If privacy and space are top priorities, renting a full apartment may be the best fit. Co-living in a shared home is a great way to save on rent, enjoy a fully furnished space, and connect with like-minded people in the city. 


We take safety and reliability seriously. Every resident goes through a simple three-step process to ensure our homes remain safe, clean, and a great fit for co-living.


1. Application Submission
Applicants complete an online form with basic information, including contact details and preferred move-in date.


2. Background & Credit Screening

  • Identity Verification: Valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
  • Background screening: Review of financial history, evictions, and criminal background screening for major offenses (requirements may vary by location).
     

3. Income & Employment Verification
Proof of income is required to confirm rent affordability. Accepted documents include:

  • Recent pay stubs or employer letter
  • Bank statements 
  • For freelancers: tax returns or client invoices
